Imperial Tex Fab started it’s legacy in 1992, with the name of Pashupati International at Fatehpur City near Agra. Fatehpur Sikri has historical acknowledgement for its heritage and culture as once it was the extravagant Capital city of Mughal emperor Akbar. Harnessing its birth from traditional design techniques of Fatehpur Sikri, where artisans are well trained and experts, the organization established its presence all over India. In the year 2005 established second manufacturing unit in Biswan, Sitapur with the same name to continue the legacy.

The Imperial Art Initiative was started with the aim to engage weavers in collaborative art and community driven projects to enable them to discover linkages in their craft beyond their daily routine.
